やはり生魚が苦手な外国人は多くいました。寿司は自分の好きな刺身を選んで食べられるから好きだけど、海鮮丼は自分の好きな刺身を選べないから嫌だという声も。また、イカやエビなどの甲殻類も不人気。ワールドワイドになってきたかと思いきや、まだまだ苦手な人も多いようです。一方で自国では苦手だったけど、日本には新鮮な魚が多くて好きになったという声もあるので、ぜひ海鮮丼の美味しさをより世界に広めたいですね。
